Happy Birthday ZOSO! - May 14, 2010 2 Years Old!!!!!
Hey friends, this is Zoso
and I am a whole 2 years old today. That’s right, it’s my birthday and I think something fun is going to happen today since the big guy who walks on only 2 legs gave me a treat this morning. I have been a pretty good boy this year and maybe I’ll get to go to the lake and play in the water. Hint! Hint!
Barefoot's Dante - April 2010
It's been a few months since I last saw you and MAN have I grown!!! I'm sure that you have missed me and I wanted to send you a letter to let you know how I've been.
My first day away from you was a busy day! When I left your house I was not real sure what was going on. But when I arrived to my final destination I was met with a whirlwind of love. It was kinda strange because the big people put me outside on the door step. I was kinda scared (even though I wasn't alone) but it was only for a minute or two and then the door opened and I got to meet my boy!! He was so excited to see me he had wet stuff dripping from his eyes and because i wasn't sure what was going on, I licked them off of him. This seemed to make him feel better cause he started laughing and gave me a big hug!
My new family is really cool! I have not one but TWO boys!! How lucky am I?! The big boy thinks I'm his dog and lets me do things that Mom won't let me do, like snuggle in bed with him! (hehe) But Mom won't let me sleep there because she says I might chew things up. So when it's bed time or quite time I have to go to my room (aka ... my crate).
I have a really cool "big brother". His name is Kona and even though I'm much bigger then him we play ALL the time! It's like having my own living stuffed animal!! Sometime we get into trouble because we play a little to rough but that doesn't happen very often.
I'm not sure why but my new Mom made me learn how to use the bathroom outside, even when it is cold and rainy and I don't want to. It didn't take me long to master this which made Mom very happy and I've only had a few accidents in the house. For the last few 2 months Mom has been taking me to this lady that teaches me and Mom lots of new things like heal, sit, down, stay ... it's a lot of hard work but when I do good Mom and Ms. Darla tell me what a good boy I am and I get a lot of love!! In a couple of weeks I even get to graduate with a cap and all!!! And I will get something called a "good canine citizenship certificate". I just can't wait to stop going to class ... I'm always pooped when we leave.
I just wanted to let you know how lucky I am to have the family I do. They take me for car rides with the top down, we get to go for walks and play at the park and even though they know what a big dog I will be when I grow up, when they are sitting on the floor they still let me climb up in their laps and give me lots of loves and kisses!! Now if Mom would only let me lay on the couch!!! My life would be perfect!!
I have attached a couple of pictures so you can see how much I've grown. I hope everything is good with you and your family and maybe I cam come see you before to long. Take care and I will write you soon!
Happy EASTER!!

Moose Von Zeppelin Wolfenberger - Born January 11th 2010!
I just wanted to give you an update on Moose Von Zeppelin Wolfenberger.
When we first brought him home (and the first week after that) our older rottie, Harley, did not like Moose so much. He wanted nothing to do with him.
I'm very happy to announce that Moose & Harley are doing well now! Harley does keep Moose in his place though. They have recently discovered that they can play with each other, and are closer with one another every day.
Moose sleeps at my feet as I write this. He is the perfect little angel.
When I get home from school, Moose is ecstatic. He jumps up on the sides of his cage & goes wild! Kisses, kisses, kisses!
He is such a sweetheart. Moose & Harley are hilarious together. For now, Harley may be capable of pushing Moose around, but I've warned him that in a year or so, Moose will be able to kick his butt!
Moose is growing like a weed! He eats a TON, it's unbelievable! He is teething, but that's only expected of a puppy. He is a feisty little thing, I'll tell you! He is just adorable. I added a few pictures of him to this email for you to enjoy.
Thank you so much for my pride & joy, angel, and companion, Moose.
Sincerely,
Taylor Wolfenberger & Moose![]()

Barefoot's Justice Bounds - April 2010
I haven't heard from you in a while so I thought I would send you a picture of Justice and I. He is still spoiled no change in that. I love him more and more everyday. Now here is a story for you.. Recently I had surgery and I was so sick that I could not move. Guess who never left my side.. It was like he was sick also.. I was in tears and so was he. You know its type of love that you just dont think is there but it is... Also some Guy came to our door and he was just cutting up and I told the Guy hey I don't want whatever you selling and nor does Justice.. Derek feels so good with me being off and Justice here. You know I still can't keep him out yet because he still tears up the house but hey I don't care anymore. I love him and all what he stands for. Anyway hope all well and keep in touch..
Love,
Erica, Derek, and Justice
Happy Birthday Justice Bounds! - One Year Old!!!!!
I thought I would let you know that Justice is now one year old and growing. He is still giving us a run for our money but we wouldn’t change it for the world. Thought I would share this with you. My Nephews came over to our house and he was so happy and running all around. Well if you look at the picture he has a foot stool that he thinks is only his.
Well one of my nephews went to sit on it and he ran right to it and sat there until they left. If you look at the one picture he looks mad and on the other one they had left he was alright. He is something else I tell you. I thought it was the funniest thing because he has do out grown it as to where his paws hang off of it now.
But I can only say this I know there is way more to come. He is as spoiled as you told me long ago he was spoiled. Well I have to admit yes he is and he runs all over me. Not Derek so much but me yes. (Sound familiar J)
Anyway I just want to thank you for bringing him into our lives I would not change one thing about him. J
Thanks for Everything,
Erica and Derek
August 2009 -
He is not even one yet. And you where right he has me wrapped around his paw. I try and try but I can't help it. I know that I need to a liitle more agressive, but this is going to be really hard for me. Here are some pictures of him then and now. Thank you for giving me the best and only dog that I will have hopefully the rest of my life. I had dogs growing up but I wasn't as close to them. I didn't even want him remember? Man how they can change you. |

Update on Barefoot's Vado - He loves running through the house really hard and fast after taking a bath. We sit back, laugh and watch until he wears himself out and then falls asleep.
He goes to bed in his crate with soft soothing music and a fan sitting in front of his crate blowing on him. He is sooooo S*P*O*L*D*E*D! He gets he teeth brushed with chicken flavored toothpaste and loves it! He is not afraid of any sounds... lighting, vacuum ...
He knows how to sit, understands lay down, No Bite, Leave it, play with toys, wait and my favorite DO IT! He is so funny and a joy to be around. '
Thanks for all your help!

July 2008 Tazmainia Owner - Misty C.
.... you know I could not ask for a better dog. Taz is so sweet. Every person that is around her says that. The instructors at play group also say how polite she is with other dogs.
Ms. Tazmania December 2009
April 20, 2009 - Tazmania is doing well, she is getting so big and just as loving as can be. She sleeps with us every night and every single morning when the alarm goes off she crawls up to me and lays her head across my neck and just gives kisses.. talk about spoiled.
I just love her to death.

Hello from Nike! - June 12, 2011 I just wanted to drop a quick line to tell you that Nike is a fabulous dog! We LOVE having her as a part of our family. She's smart, sweet, well-mannered, and a real delight. We are so happy that we have her! Thanks for the good job that you do with your "pack". We recently moved into a house with a yard, and she couldn't be happier. Best, Charissa (and Ryan)
Happy Birthday Yogi Bear! - May 14, 2010 TWO Years Old!!!!!
Hi y'all, Yogi Bear here,
Thought y'all might be happy to learn, that I have matured into a very loving, , 120 lb. mas-culine figure whose primary objective is to protect my home and parents while doing cute things to earn treats. I am almost always obedient (occasional lapses) and consider most people and animals to be my friend unless they upset my mother; then they are not allowed on the pre-mises. My tough-est assign-ment this year has been to nurse my sister back to health after she had leg surgery; she is almost ready to start playing again. Hope everything is going well with you!
YOGI last Year.... As you can see, I’m a BIG dog now (110 lbs) and have grown up to be a very gentle, loving, companion. I like kids, visitors, my parents, and neighbors but have reservations about sales people and some males that I meet on my walk. I have learned to become somewhat intimidating to some dogs without biting when they bark or growl at me – my growl is bigger! Breanna (my female rott companion) is still my favorite playmate even though I’m not sure she appreciates me as much as she did when I was a puppy; she can’t push me around as easily anymore. I also tend to push her away from my parents and that aggravates her.
I play in the pool every day even if it is very cold. However, taking a bath is still not one of my favorite activities.
Not much else I can tell you but since tomorrow is my birthday I thought I would say Hi!
Yogi Bear
November 12, 2008 - 6 months (Yogi on Left)
Hi, Yogi Bear here, and I’m glad to report that life is going well. I almost have it all figured out and mostly I am in control. I AM a big dog now (75 pounds) and while my big sister still believes she is boss, I can make life rough if she does not do what I wish.
I’m into advanced obedience training now (better than my big sister) and really do like the water (it is the best excuse that I can come up with to get dried with a towel). I really like people and only bark a little when they come in my front yard or to my front door.
Hope everything is going well with y’all.
Here is a cute picture of our little girl. Let me tell you, I absolutely adore her but she is a mess!! She thinks she is the queen of the house and if it's not her way, then it's no ones way. LOL Sara and Steve fight quite a bit, but I think it will eventually calm down. She did not like him much the first few days but now she will just grab his tail and hold on for dear life. Thank you so much for our little girl! She is wonderful!!
Born November 1, 2009 (4 months old!)
Hey, I thought you sold me a dog, not a Horse!
Yankee says thank you for a great puppy! He is enjoying him so much. We took him to the Vet last Friday and he weighs 37.5lbs! We knew he was a BIG boy, but we were suprised when the vet told that!
The rest of us are loving watching him grow. He is a wonderful dog.
Thought you'd like a quick update on Reese. - Audrey Anderson
Here she is cooling off in the fountain of our home after a walk. She got spayed this week and had no problems. We just got back from Colorado and she enjoyed the cooler air and likes to hike. Her first hike was 7 miles and she did great. She weighs 51 lbs now. She is very sweet and loves everyone. She is on the wild side (for a Rottweiller) and does have a bit of an idependent streak which makes it interesting. I am happy to say she is growing out of most of her bad "puppy habits" but still has a fondness for rolls of toilet paper! Hope all is well with you.
May 7, 2009 - Reese
Just thought you would like a quick update. Reese is adjusting well to her new family. She particularly loves to be out in the yard. Unfortunately she loves to dig and chew the shrubs!
She eats like a horse and has gained a few lbs. She checked out well with our vet who said she had a wonderful disposition and temperment. "She's a good one" he said. Jesse (our Lab) is starting to come around but they are not best buddies yet. Resse adores her however. Potty training is coming along (we have had a lot of rain which has slowed the process as she does not like to go out in the rain). She sleeps through the night which I am amazed at and has tons of energy. She is quite a handful to keep up with but does well in her crate when she can't be watched. We love her to death and just wanted you to know. I will keep you posted. Audrey Anderson Happy Birthday Barefoot's Hannah Webber! - One Year Old!!!!!
Thought you’d enjoy seeing a couple of pictures of our 1-year old Hannah. She’s turned out to be a beautiful dog with a sweet personality – and a little independent streak that keeps life interesting!
Hope all is well with your new litters.
Best regards, and stay in touch,
Alan and Kathy

Bia is a big spoiled baby. We are so glad we made the decision to purchase from you. Bia has gotten huge. She has the funniest expressions. She is great entertainment. There is a merry-go-round and swing set in her pin. She is funny to watch playing on these.

Max is Growing! - June 5, 2009
This is Max!
- May 4, 2009
I know Mister would be proud of him.
Max came home Friday evening, May 1. He was born on Mister's birthday, Feb 28. It took him him less than two minutes to find Mister's toybox stash. With Mister's scent in the house he did not have a troubled moment; settled right in and got comfortable.
What an awesome guy in his own right. He knows that he owns the place. Max is a momma's boy - which is fine in the middle of the night!
What a fine new member of the family to carry on Mister's legacy. There is a lot of sunshine here again.

Thought we’d send some recent pictures of our “puppy” – she’s now beyond 65 pounds, and a sweet bundle of energy.
November 19, 2008
Well, Hannah seems less and less like a puppy and more like a medium-sized dog every day – but she has she sweetest disposition and most beautiful coat and markings we’ve ever had in a Rottweiler, so we’re thrilled with her. We spent a few days in Houston at the end of last week, and took Hannah down to meet her “grandparents” – they fell in love with her, too, and have asked several times why we had to take her back to Austin with us!
Thanks again for giving her such a fine start in life, and for picking her out for us.
All the best,
